love at first sight

The Green sink

It all began with the love for this green sink.  My first renovation in 2008 was an old 1892 farmhouse that had many years of neglect with huge potential.  The home had tons of charm as well as many original untouched features.  I wanted to incorporate vintage pieces that could tie in with updated cabinetry. While flipping through magazines, I came across an amazing Mint Green Kohler apron sink! I knew I had to have it, but how?! I searched every salvage yard in driving distance and finally came across a Mint Green Kohler sink!!!! I drove three and a half hours to get this beauty. It was love at first sight, and so the the love for the green sink began…
